My wife and I do not live in the area, but the last two years we have visited the HC Tavern around Christmas time with family. The atmosphere is very nice (upscale) and the staff is friendly. All of the food is delicious and the cocktails are incredible. Their seasonal cocktail this year was an espresso old fashioned that was very unique. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the truffle grilled cheese & tomato soup were delicious. We will definitely be returning to the HC Tavern
We had an amazing experience! We arrived slightly late to our reservation and in a time crunch to get to our next event. The hostess was able to seat us and our waiter immediately saw that we were in a rush and asked what time we needed to be out by. When telling him we only had about 45 minutes until we had to leave he immediately took our orders and put a rush on it. He was very helpful through our whole dinner. If I could remember his name I would recommend! We were in and out in 30 minutes! Amazing spot for a date night and amazing staff that truly loves their job. Our waiter even explained a program they have that is there to support staff in cases of emergencies. Recommended asking about it when at this restaurant!!
We stopped by for dinner. Kendra was our server. She was truly awesome. So friendly and so helpful. The food was great, atmosphere was nice. Bread and candied bacon was so good starters and had ribeye sandwiches for meal. Definitely recommend if in Fishers.
Laurie was our server. She greeted us and asked if we had been here before. We said yes. We sat downstairs last time. The upstairs dining was wonderful. Laurie asked if we were celebrating anything special. My daughter told her it was my anniversary of my late husband and myself. She suggested a dessert as a celebration. We accepted. I wasn’t expecting that. So very thoughtful. The food was spectacular. Thank you Laurie for making this a special evening for me and my daughter!!
Excellent food, excellent service, great atmosphere. Our ladies luncheon was perfect. Started off with appetizers, then a wedge salad, followed by a delicious and tender rib eye and horseradish mashed potatoes. Finished with deserts. The cocktails were on point. Also a wonderful place for a romantic dinner.
We stopped by HC Kitchen & Bar before a concert at Fishers Event Center this week and it did not disappoint. We didn’t make reservations and there was a wait for a table but easily found a space at the bar upstairs. Our bartenders Ted and Jonathan were fantastic. Excellent customer service. We ordered a bottle of wine, the shrimp cocktail, fish tacos and lobster roll sandwich. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. We will definitely be back again in the future. If you enjoy espresso martinis….this was literally one of the best I’ve ever had. So good.
Started with the Lobster Cargot , just perfect and a great deal for what you get . The Scallops were cooked perfectly , soft and great sear along with the orzo that was full of flavor and a healthy portion . Also the best broccolini I’ve had in the city . Can’t remember our sever but he was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole menu offering insight on every dish and great suggestions .
The HC Tavern is a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious meal. The restaurant has beautiful decor. Our waitress Kendra was Amazing! She was very friendly, attentive, helpful and provided us with The Best excellent service. I highly recommend Kendra. She recommended the sweet tea chicken and street corn, which was amazingly delicious. We stopped in to attend a concert at the Fishers Event Center and The HC Tavern + Kitchen did not disappoint!
Ok we went to dinner at hc tavern after graduation, there were 2 mistakes made, the waitress made it correct right away , gave my daughter a card and Choice of dessert, the place is beautiful, staff is excellent food gets better every time we go, the fact that waitress gave a new meal to take home for my daughter she made it right, this is a great restaurant because as a customer we’re paying for an excellent meal and experience. When it’s not perfect they go above and beyond. The fact that my kid gets to enjoys a meal the next day that’s made correct she will remember and want to take her friends or request us to take her there. So 100$ tip for 200$ dinner I have no problem. Thank you we will be back and I will let friends know my experience. Well done
We had a fantastic experience here for our wedding anniversary. I have wanted to try this place for years after seeing someone else’s lobster cargot photo! Plenty of parking. Inside is decorated nicely and is very open. We went on a weekday for lunch. The vibe was casual enough to dress down for lunch. The lunch and dinner menu are the same. Our server, Kristen I believe, was amazing. I never had to ask for a drink refill. The food was all amazing. I consider myself a foodie and this is one of the best meals I have had in Indy! If you are a steak lover, you will be pleased and truly appreciate the Spinalis.
